Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Nutrinity Supps, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. If you’re not satisfied with your order, here’s how our return and refund process works:

Returns & Refunds

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit orders, refunds will be issued via cheque or bank transfer in the customer’s name.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return. Opened or used products cannot be refunded or replaced.

  • If your order included free items (e.g., shaker, t-shirt), these must also be returned. Otherwise, the value of such items may be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be in original condition with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted for:

    • Used or opened products.

    • Products missing original packaging or serial/UPC codes.

    • Complaints based on personal preference (e.g., taste, mild digestive issues, or not seeing expected results).

  • Please check the product packaging before accepting delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept it and notify us immediately.

How to Return

  • We’ll arrange product pickup through our courier partners where possible. If pickup service is unavailable, you may ship the product back using a reliable courier service.

  • Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.

In case of invalid, fraudulent, or suspicious claims, Nutrinity Supps reserves the right to decline the request and take necessary legal action.
